Foreign aid to deal with terrorism

Finance Minister Syed Naveed Qamar has said that Foreign aid to deal with terrorism will be audited. This is incomplete statement. To make his government position more clear he should have said ‘the so received aid will be auditable’.

To take account is rather easier . It is giving of accounts which fall heavy on hearts.
